Women and Aging
There are many positive ways that women deal with the aging process. Like for example, with aging of a woman comes the inevitable which is menopause. A part of a woman’s aging process, the menopause is the time when the estrogen and progesterone are produced at a lower level. Menopause means the menstruating and child-bearing capacities of a woman has ended. Menopause and aging indeed are inevitable, and most women have been effectively dealing with them in a positive way.
One positive effect of aging in women is that their reproductive cycle does not work anymore like it used to. This means that aging women will be menstruation free. Most aging women would welcome this with open arms. They do not have to worry anymore about being annoyed by irregular periods, or be constantly aware about the rules of the 28-day menstrual calendar. Now you can be able to do more physical activities such as swimming and traveling anytime they want to without even thinking about their menstrual period. Endometriosis, which is a painful illness related to menstruation wonderfully disappears because of the drop in estrogen levels.
With aging come symptoms such as mood swings, night sweats, depression, hot flashes, fatigue, weight gain and anxiety. And most women are effectively dealing with these by availing of many effective treatments that can help them cope with all the discomfort and pain that accompany such symptoms. Women deal more effectively with aging by taking care of themselves. This way, they are able to accept better the harsh reality of aging and its physical, emotional and psychological effects on them.
Aging in women is certainly a normal process. Women cope with it by adjusting and changing their attitude. They effectively deal with it by getting on with their lives. Aging is definitely not an excuse for aging women to slow down. Aging brings about so many changes in the body and women try to accept and have positive thoughts about it. It is all about how women forming a good perception about the aging process, and they only see it in a positive way by happily accepting it.
